This precision mini-type welding machine is specially designed for precision metal welding. It is suitable to weld general electronic parts, such as capacitor, battery, switch, relay, micro- motor…etc. In precision metals welding is able to use in the parts of watch, camera and special metals.

WELDING TRANSFORMER
Electro-static-stored energy is using modern design to replace tradition. The principle is that let recharge- discharge feature of electrolytic condenser be controlled by IC controlling circuit with welding transformer. It makes energy of condenser to be discharge through welding transformer. So this welding method is special suitable for metal welding.

FEATURE
  • There is greater efficiency of welding, fixing and closing, it will raise quality and lower cost. It is suitable for high-capacity production.
  • You can make use of welding immediately after recharged, fixed energy and pressure.
  • Welding time just only 0.003 second, since the high-heat conductive so the parts could be welded perfectly.
  • There is non-blot on the surface after welding, so it doesn’t need to be cleaned.
  • The welding time is firm, so it doesn’t need to use any timer.
  • Operation Easy: Just non-trained operator who can operate it easily, the finished product is perfect.
