FEATURE |

- Main winding transmission structure equipped with dual motor and individual transmission system.
- Material reel is air-pressure expansion structure.
- Metallized film and PP/PE material reels are equipped tracing roller. As the material’s OD changes, the
position of tracing roller will be changed too. They won’t touch the material.
- Tension controlled by DC servo motor.
- Main winding by AC servo motor, speed stably, long life.
- Four sets of burn off structure, it has dual side winding (B.O.) function.
- It could select single side winding or dual side winding by program control.
- It could select to use cover film function or not by program control.
- The outer seal uses the digit display PID control (PID control ±1%).
- Inner and outer seal controlled by individual thermostat, the products have good appearance.
- Process control by PLC system and Pro-Face 10.4” color monitor, it can memorize 60 sets of specification, easy to change production specification.
- Automatic indication function for self-examining breakdown. When machine breakdown, it can self-testing to find reason and show the situation on the screen. It will record the breakdown time.
- Speed up/down rate setting functions, excellent for high current, high voltage and interference suppressors class X2 capacitor.
- With electronic burn off control system, speed adjustable and suitable for Al. or Zinc/Al. metallized layer, the de-metallizing effect is very good.
- With prepress structure, the elements will be received and pressed by the unloading unit after the winding.
